    • Flexibility: Head reaches the floor from a seated position with legs open.

    b) Jiyu Kumite : 60 seconds -2 rounds.

    c) Be recognized as a model citizen and have a record of distinguished service within the IKKO


    d) Have IKKO senior Advisors recommendation letter for promotion.


    g) Youths must be min., of 20 yrs. of age
